Hi Michael,

A couple of small suggestion:
1. I would like the 'extend' command to have the option to 'extend and join'.
2. Much of my work is done with polylines. Once I have selected that option I would it to stay in that mode until I change it back to a simple line. Now I have to use the 'join' command more than I would prefer.
