I've actually heard from quite a few MoI users who currently run MoI v2 on a Mac either with Parallels/VMWare or Boot Camp.

So I guess that those users will be at the front lines of testing the beta versions.

I think that there will be enough people using it to get it tested well until the v3 final version is out though.
