Performance does not seem to be an issue so far that I have seen here at least.

The only thing that seems to have a problem is resizing the window is pretty sluggish, I'll probably be trying to tune that up some but it doesn't really cause much problems since it is not very typical to resize the main window a whole lot while you are in the middle of doing a bunch of modeling.

Doing other more critical stuff like drawing and rotating the display seem to be really responsive.
