You can also get some good collections of 3dm gemstones by downloading and installing Riccardo Constantini's JewelsLabLight or Squirrel or Brian Dinola's GemTools for Rhino. The installers will create folders with 3dm gemstone models that you can open in MoI, however I'm not sure if you'll need Rhino on your computer to install them properly.
