Hi Pilou, the problem was in those small fillet pieces that I sent a screenshot of earlier, there is some hidden complexity in those little pieces that is causing the meshing to take a lot longer and also a lot more memory than it usually would.

I've attached an updated version of the model here which has those particular surfaces reconstructed, this version should behave much better.

When I return home from vacation I'll investigate this further to see if I can tune up anything automatically to improve the behavior on the original model.
