Which app crashed, are you talking about MoI or a polygon modeling program?

Or do you mean that a project you were working on inside of MoI has suddenly turned to have a faceted appearance? That would be pretty weird, but if something has happened like that can you please post the 3DM model file or e-mail to me at moi@moi3d.com so I can take a look?
