I answered my own question:

I exported an OBJ file from Sculptris and imported it into Blender. I then exported it as an STL file. Then I imported it into TurboCAD Professional v12. (take a breath....) Then I saved it as an IGES file, imported it into MoI with the stitch surfaces option on. The result was a solid in MoI! I am very pleased! See attached JPEG files. It may be the long way around the beach, but it worked for me!
