Should be something wrong with my .ini file, maybe because of all the beta installed.
I have delete the .ini file, and now it works as expected.

The old .ini has this value :

Angle=
DivideLargerThan=
DivideLargerThanApplyTo=
AvoidSmallerThan=
AspectRatioLimit=

Never add that myself.
