No, I don't think so.... As far as I can tell, Nexus is the infrastructure that was developed during development of Modo, I mean it is basically Modo.

MoI has its own infrastructure with a lot of its own specialized needs for things like picking points, selecting objects, and a lot of various ways of working with NURBS.

There are a lot of detailed things that MoI needs to do with NURBs, just having "NURBS ported" probably only covers some basic areas and not all of the particular stuff that MoI needs...
