Here's a sweep oddity.

Start with a circle and 2 arcs of different lengths



First sweep along the smaller arc is successful



Second sweep does not behave as expected




I tried various different sweep settings, and both release and Jul 4 Beta versions. The (mis)behavior is consistent.
