Just a joke/dig/sigh?

2008 and the world is still not universally metric. I was raised on Imperial and we changed to metric in 1964.
Sigh! again!(That shed full of spanners and bolts and nuts in a variety of formats!)
(Though it's still ok to think of peoples height in feet and inches (metric height, after all these years still does not mentally envision--- with me!)
