an another method :)
draw a polygon as number sides wished
draw an helix "one turn" on start - end of a side of the polygon (the trick)
so start and end helix are in good position!!!
draw circle at start and end of the side polygon
Sweep circle circle one rail (hekix)
Array /curve with the same number of the polygon's sides
et voila :)
