Hi Raven, you can make the circular array oriented to a 3D axis by using View > CPlane to set the construction plane before doing the circular array.

When you set the construction plane all 2D drawing tools including array circular will be done in that orientation.

When you're done working in that area you can right click on View > CPlane to reset it back to the world axes.
