In addition to the space limit for the forum software, the web server also has a limit for the maximum size allowed for a single upload file.

I don't remember offhand what the limit is but I guess that is over it.

If you have a pretty large file like that which you want to share out to a bunch of people if you can send it to me (you may need to use a file sharing service because that's a very large file for e-mail also) I can upload it to the webserver directly which will then not count against the forum attachment limit.
