In terms of 'pdf squashing" or file sizes in general...
As there is lots of images in there and 150 pages --
Likely 96dpi / 150dpi is all you need for screen viewing.

I'm indicating, maybe you can also try to reprint it in something like bullzip pdf and set the output resolution there..
i did a quick test and got the file size down to about 4.6mb...BUT for squashing file sizes id likely run the screenshots
though a batch converter like irfanview first if you have the patience.
