I've been testing software that designs propellers and wings. The idea was to be able to design the prop for the engine and flight parameters, then export it to be able to cut on a CNC machine. The software can export STL, but it's not great, and they suggest using the .igs for better smoothing in CAD.

Unfortunately, I haven't had much luck with the normal lofting function. It works, but the trailing edge gets corrupted as it gets closer to the hub. The program can create up to 25 separate elements for each blade, and it would make sense that more would make it easier to get a smooth transition, but it's still not useable. I've tried all the options in the lofting function without much improvement. Any suggestions for a way to make this smooth? I'll attach the .igs files for 5 and 25 elements.
