Here is my latest rendering with Blender 4.5. There is still room for improvement. I still have a lot to learn with Blender, but I have already learned a lot.

I have a new project in the works, in the same vein: a French apartment building. It is a multi-unit residential building that I designed with Revit in 2020. This building was constructed on the Atlantic coast. That was in my previous life!
I imported it into MoI3D (the import is perfect), and I isolated a two-level apartment that I'm going to furnish. I'm going to model as many elements as possible with MoI3D, then I'll complete it in Blender if necessary.
I will then do some renderings that I will show you. A 3D view of the isolated apartment in MoI3D is shown below.

For your information, I export my file in .fbx format and do not create groups. This way, I can find all my named elements in Blender.
