Not sure if I'm missing something (most likely...) or a possible beta 5 dimensioning bug?

If I draw a line that is not true vertical or true horizontal, the dimension for the selected line displayed in the top right corner ( "Curve Length: ) does not match the measured dimension using the 'Aligned' dimensioning tool?

I've attached a couple of screen shots plus the file.
