The tutorial section with Tom Meeks youtube channel is a very good beginning and perhaps the best for newbies.
A very good channel is the Stefan Schneller channel which is on jewellery, but it gives very good tricks on all features of Moi. Yes it's a german channel but you can use the automatic subtitles translation.

You can find many videos on YouTube that are just accelerated demos.
What I think is that you should avoid these tutorials which are just demonstrations without any explanation because you will not learn anything with them.
