Hi Brian, currently MoI can convert a subdivision surface into NURBS by using the converter located under the SubD tab at SubD > Create > "From file".

But once converted it's a NURBS surface in MoI. So an algorithm that is meant to be used for export processing on a sub-d surface is not really applicable to MoI.
