The extrude command has input 5 for Cap ends.

I do not see any input to cap only one side...
Maybe that could be a feature request?

The example in the API does not show the proper inputs for 5...
extrudefactory.setInput( 1, true ); //cap ends? yes>>>>Error, should be input 5 ???
