3. seems the Blend Tool works fine!
(don't forget to erase before the "curves linked" for have only "edges")



For the Top :
(don't forget to erase before the "curves linked" for have only "edges")
Move first the top cap for a more easy selection of the "Edges" make the Blend again
then move down the Top Cap as you want! ;)
