Hi Elang, in general the accurate structured geometry that CAD programs like MoI work with is not very suitable for that kind of relief model shaping.

Something like ZBrush or 3D-Coat works better for that kind of model. Also take a look at Vectric Aspire: https://www.vectric.com/products/aspire .
