Hi Mala, and are you sure you have set the unit system in MoI to millimeters? That's done under Options > General > "Unit system" here:



What software are they importing the STEP file into where it is getting the incorrect size?

Can you please e-mail me the STEP file that is not working as expected and also the 3DM file that it comes from? My e-mail is moi@moi3d.com .
