Hi Michael,

All I can say is that I imported a step file (which I exported from FreeCAD, I dont know which program the model came from originally) and the backplate of my device was on the same object layer as two totally separate buttons.

Unfortunately I can not share the file I am working on, is there a log I can show you or something?
