I use a plugin for web browser. This plugin named "user-agent switcher and manager".
When you use it, this plugin sends the websites a false navigator presentation name.
You can use as presentation name for example "Chrome for Android".
So Instagram or other sites gives you the same possibilities as a phone or tablet using Chrome.
So the site permit to publish.
