thanks guys. i have a lot to learn. sometimes i get confused because i go to do something i've done in rhino v5 a thousand times and don't see an equivalent.

one thing i'm noticing that is different is i used to use wireframe view all the time. so i would switch between shaded (like what moi has) and then wireframe (which i can't seem to find in moi).

i was having problems with hiding and showing lines, but i figured it out. moi is quite a bit different than rhino v5. so i probably will have a lot of dumb questions. i did download the pdf help file. so i try to reference that.
