I ran the benchmark test which gave me the following result. I tried changing the display from 75 to 60, nothing changed. I also turned off vertical sync. It was on "Let the application decide" I turned it off, no change. I'm going to do the clean reinstall of the gfx card later this afternoon and let you know how that goes.
