Maybe the Flow command will be not the correct tool if you want not little deformations (Internal : external)

So make your camel bump out of the ring in the form that you want with any tool you want
(be imaginitive: there are a lot : Sweep, Loft, Revolve, iso curve ... etc)
when you have your camels out of the ring wanted move them and just make a boolean union...
