Hi Franck,

Answer to question1 is Yes. (Click on R67.80 dimension, then click on "Details" in upper right corner of screen. A box pops up.
Change Radial type. MoI will enter the correct 2*radius diameter number. Also in Text line, change R, (or the 0 with line through it), to D. (Leave the <>, a placeholder for numbers?)

Please post the .3dm.
There may be Constraints on Radius???
