Very nice renders!!!

I'm afraid that it's going to be a little while for most of your requests, except IGES export should be coming soon and I should be able to to a project curve in not too long.

For extend by arc, try Draw curve / Arc / Cont (continue) - this lets you draw an arc that is tangent off the end of an existing curve.
