Smooth object form cubic spline

Hi,

to me it looks that the spline is made of polyline segments, hence the non-smoothness.

I am a bit out of the loop regarding MoI, because I do currently non-3d things, but
I would try to do something like, copy/pasting the points and then rebuilding the
spline with Moi's native tools set.
