Hi Chris, it is possible but what's the case where it is going to help out? The text property is something that I can understand could be set separately for each different object.
But it isn't very likely that the font properties would be set differently for each object, that's something that tends to be set the same for a whole group of objects.
If you could maybe show the kind of model or project where it would help then I might understand what you need better.
If you are finding that you need to frequently edit the font properties into a few different categories then there is a property preset mechanism that would do that job better. For that you go to Options > Dimensions and create a separate preset for each "style" of dimension that you want to create. Then when you draw a new dimension there is an option inside the dim command to tell it which preset to use.
That way you can assign an entire predefined set of properties or "style" to the newly drawn dim right from the beginning and you don't need to edit any if its properties individually after that.
